Professional from start to finish. Patrick was thorough and not pushy at the initial meeting and the team that arrived to install were a pleasure to deal with. Delivered on every promise and can't recommend them highly enough. Was nervous not knowing anything about solar and very happy we found this company.

I feel I have been very patient and very clear about the issue at hand to which you have chosen to take a neglectful way of taking ownership or responsibility for a situation you have created for us.Unless your company comes to the party you can come get your battery, return us to our solar panels and we can continue to enjoy what we were enjoying previously - acceptable power bills with Synergy. The other options I am also considering is a conversation with consumers protection with a potential discussion with the Ombudsman's office, WA for shoddy workmanship and product promises.You have accepted fault in your email by admitting ....the battery was not working..... Is that my fault?You have not addressed the issue of workmanship, faulty product or product expectation. Is this how you look after new customers?So let me know what you would like to do. Doing nothing will result in our options being taken up.Finally, I am well versed at feedback of consumer and services in WA and have a wide following. I'm happy to feedback regarding the poor service experience I have had both to the community and financier. In fact I will be talking to Brighte as to what can be done about ceasing further payments. Poor form MLEC.

From the moment Jesse stepped out the van to when he cleaned and packed up was nothing short of professional. The ease he walked me through the mysolaredge app left me with mo questions on how to use it. Highly recommend.

Just had our solar installed with MLEC here in Perth WA. Salesman was great and answered all the questions we had. Girls in the office were lovely to deal with and very accommodating to our schedule. The installers Mat and Shane followed through with great customer service and a very friendly manner. Did a wonderful job and even cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with our choice to go with MLEC.

I am really impressed with the Mlec team with seamless professional support from sales through to installion and amazing back warrantry and troubleshooting response. We are very happy with the quaility of our off grid system and so glad we went with mlec team who will be around to support us during its life span.
